How much will it cost to ship my VidaWheel order?

VidaWheel is pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. No matter where you are, your package will be shipped at no additional cost.

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

International orders also enjoy free global shipping. Duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout for most destinations. In countries where duties must be paid upon delivery, this will be clearly indicated during checkout so you know exactly what to expect.

While we work hard to ship our handcrafted pieces as quickly as possible, transit times after departure depend on the carrier and local customs processing.

How can I follow the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
You can also log in to your VidaWheel account at any time to view your order details and access your tracking information directly from your account dashboard.

Understanding Shipping Notifications:

If your tracking information shows that the shipping label has been created but the carrier is still “awaiting the item,” it means your order is in the queue to be dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to refresh. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update before reaching out.
