How much will it cost to ship my VidaWheel order?

For all domestic orders within the continental United States:

  1. Orders less than $99: $5.00 Ground Shipping
  2. Orders $99 and above: FREE Ground Shipping

For international orders, shipping costs will vary based on the destination, the contents of your package, and your preferred delivery speed. International customers are responsible for claiming their packages at the nearest customs office and will be liable for any applicable duty fees determined at the time of pickup.
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose expedited shipping options, subject to availability based on your location and the time your order is placed.

How long will it take for my VidaWheel order to ship?

1. Customizable Engraved goddess amulet:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 weeks (handcrafted and engraved to order).

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days for domestic orders (continental US).

  • Total shipping time: 

    • Ground Shipping: 8 to 12 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 8 business days. (You can contact our customer service team for expedited shipping.)

2. Non-Customizable goddess amulet:

  • Processing Time: Ships within 1 business day.

  • Shipping Time: Delivered in 3-5 business days for domestic orders (continental US).

  • Total Shipping time: 4-6 business days

3. Extension Chain:

  • Total shipping time: 8 to 12 business days.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. During peak periods or due to stock availability, processing times may vary. Significant delays will be communicated via email.

 

Why might my order be delayed?

Once your package is in the hands of our carriers (USPS, or DHL), VidaWheel is not responsible for further delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress. Should there be any significant delays, especially for those needing items by a specific date, we recommend considering expedited shipping.
 
Understanding Shipping Notifications:
 
If your tracking information shows that the shipping label has been created but the carrier is still “awaiting the item,” it means your order is in the queue to be dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to refresh. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update before reaching out.

International Orders:
 
Shipping costs and times for international orders will be calculated based on destination, package weight, and chosen delivery speed. Remember, international customers will need to collect their packages from the nearest customs facility and are responsible for any duty fees incurred.
 
We strive to expedite our handcrafted jewelry as swiftly as possible, but once an order departs from VidaWheel, transit times are beyond our control.
