Return Window：You may initiate a return within 20 days of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your package to obtain authorization. Once approved, the return must be shipped with a trackable method within the required timeframe.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Condition: Items must be new and unworn, free of scratches, damage, alterations, or resizing, and returned with all original VidaWheel packaging and promotional gifts. Items missing tags, showing wear, or altered in any form are not eligible for refund.
Refunds: All returns are carefully reviewed before processing. Refunds are issued once the item meets our return requirements. If a return doesn’t qualify, it will be sent back to you and no refund can be issued.
Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for any item available on our site. Because inventory is not held for exchange requests, availability may change; if the item you want is unavailable when we process your request, we will contact you with alternative options or offer store credit.
Engraved Pieces：Personalized pieces follow a special return policy. Because each piece is uniquely crafted for you, these items are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to exchange a personalized or engraved piece, a 35% restocking fee applies, as each design requires dedicated craftsmanship.
When We Cover Return Shipping ：VidaWheel will provide a $10 cash coupon to help cover return shipping costs when the wrong item is received, or if the product arrives defective or with incorrect engraving. For damaged or defective pieces, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
