What size should I buy?
The colors of our necklaces are usually gold and silver. The length of the earphone chain is divided into two types: 16"-18" and 20"-22". You can make a more suitable choice according to your body shape and skin color.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping
How much will it cost to ship my VidaWheel order?
For all domestic orders within the continental United States:
- Orders less than $99: $5.00 Ground Shipping
- Orders $99 and above: FREE Ground Shipping
For international orders, shipping costs will vary based on the destination, the contents of your package, and your preferred delivery speed. International customers are responsible for claiming their packages at the nearest customs office and will be liable for any applicable duty fees determined at the time of pickup.
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose expedited shipping options, subject to availability based on your location and the time your order is placed.
How long will it take for my VidaWheel order to ship?
Given that all our jewelry pieces are handcrafted, please anticipate a processing and creation time of 1-2 weeks for engraved custom items, which does not include shipping transit time. For non-custom items, allow a processing time of 5 to 8 business days for order preparation, which includes processing, pulling, and packing only.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Generally, orders ship within 5 to 8 business days from when you place your order. However, during peak periods or due to stock availability, dispatch times may vary. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Why might my order be delayed?
Once your package is in the hands of our carriers (USPS or DHL), VidaWheel is not responsible for further delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress. Should there be any significant delays, especially for those needing items by a specific date, we recommend considering expedited shipping. Understanding Shipping Notifications: If your tracking information shows that the shipping label has been created but the carrier is still “awaiting the item,” it means your order is in the queue to be dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to refresh. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update before reaching out. For any additional inquiries or assistance, please email contact@vidawheel.com, keeping in mind the potential for delays. International Orders: Shipping costs and times for international orders will be calculated based on destination, package weight, and chosen delivery speed. Remember, international customers will need to collect their packages from the nearest customs facility and are responsible for any duty fees incurred. We strive to expedite our handcrafted jewelry as swiftly as possible, but once an order departs from VidaWheel, transit times are beyond our control.

- Prevent damage: Treat your jewelry with the utmost care. Avoid wearing jewelry during activities that could damage it. Store each item on its own to prevent accidental bumps that might scratch or dent them.
- Avoid heat and sun: Too much sun or heat can damage your jewelry over time. Keep it in a cool, shaded area to prevent any harm. It can fade metal finishes. It can induce stress fractures in crystals. Store your pieces in a cool, shaded place.
- Proper Storage: Assign a specific place for each piece of jewelry. Use a box lined with fabric or soft pouches for protection. This keeps items safe. It stops them from rubbing together and getting scratched or damaged.
- Regular Cleaning: Keep your gold and silver shiny with a special cloth. Be gentle to prevent scratches. Crystals should be wiped with a moist, lint-free cloth. Avoid using strong chemicals that can damage materials or remove finishes.
- Avoid Water Contact: To protect your jewelry, take it off before you swim, bathe, or do activities near water. Chlorinated water, saltwater, and even tap water may harm metals and crystals.
- Wear After Makeup: After you finish your makeup and hair, wear your jewelry to avoid any makeup transfer onto it. This sequence helps in avoiding potential reactions or residue buildup on your jewelry.

How to clean a necklace?
Most jewelers will clean your necklace free of charge, so take advantage of this courtesy. If you don't have time to get to the jewelry store, there are a few ways to clean your necklace at home.
VidaWheel suggests using a gentle dish detergent to clean lotion buildup from the bottom of the mounting. Simply scrub the top and bottom with a soft toothbrush and rinse several times in hot water. For extra shine, soak your necklace in a small bowl of ammonia diluted with three times the amount of water, and gently brush the top and bottom of the mounting with a soft toothbrush. Dip the necklace into the solution again, then rinse in warm water several times to be sure to get all of the solution off. You may set the ring on a soft towel to dry, or gently pat it dry.

What is Free Two-Year Warranty?
VidaWheel fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.
Warranty Terms
1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to VidaWheel.
2. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. VidaWheel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
4. VidaWheel reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

Returns & Exchange
What is VidaWheel’s return policy?
At VidaWheel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept refund requests within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days, in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and your order number included. If your VidaWheel jewelry comes with a clear security sticker, please ensure it is unaltered and in its original place. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the security sticker is missing or tampered with. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process and review it. After processing, the credit may take an additional 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned.
How can I initiate a return or exchange?
For returns or exchanges within the US, please reach out to us at contact@vidawheel.com with your name, order number, and return reason. We will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions via email. Remember, exchange requests must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Items for return or exchange should be in new, unworn condition and accompanied by all original VidaWheel packaging.
For international returns or exchanges, a flat fee will apply depending on the country, which will be deducted from your refund. Contact us at contact@vidawheel.com with your details and return reason to receive specific return instructions and your shipping label.
Please note that sale items and engraved products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange a recently received item for a different one on your site?
Certainly! We accept exchanges provided that the items are returned in their original, unworn condition and the exchange request is made within seven days of receiving your order. We cannot accept exchanges for engraved items. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your exchange; however, this period may extend to 30 business days depending on global circumstances.
What does VidaWheel’s product warranty entail?
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality and design of our jewelry. VidaWheel offers a 2-year warranty from the purchase date, during which we will repair or replace your item should any material or craftsmanship defects arise. If you require a repair, please email us at contact@vidawheel.com with your name, order number, and repair issue description. While we are confident in our jewelry’s quality, the warranty does not cover loss, normal wear and tear damages (like scratches, bent rings, or earring posts, or broken chains), improper care, storage, or unauthorized modifications.
